Dr. Swarna is more like a daughter to me and she took care of me in the same manner. I was a lumbosacral displacement case and through diet and chiropractic adjustments I am now able to do my daily routine household and outside work without any dependency. This is more than enough for me. There was a time when I needed support of someone to even lift me up from my bed and for smallest of routine jobs. Now I am a free woman with positive will and accord. All credits to the support of my medical practitioners and family. Dr. Swarna is one of that nible souls who helped me out of this luquid mud. She is my nutritionist past 3 years and I am very much content with her detailed knowledge in her subject and its application which is truely tailorcrafted and according to each individual's physical and psychological state. She motivates everytime with all her efforts and brings a positive change in life. Truely an angel in life. She not only treats obesity/weight management but concentrates more on disease iradication and to get the mentality out of the whirlpool of ingesting handful of medicines. She concentrates more on quality and type of food according to season, climate, environment, location, type of lifestye, psychological state and heredity and much more. I fully recommemd her for all the dietery needs which a person needs irrespective of his/her issues (medical or psycholigical or lifestyle).

I am a travelling person and wanted a diet to follow for weight loss but the doc said in this way treatment is not possible. would prefer a more discussion would have been better.
