Horrible experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this dental clinic or I’d say dental hospital now to anyone.

Clinic/ hospitals like these have made people shaken their belief on doctors.

I started my treatment here in year 2018-January when it used to be a really small clinic and I really liked the way Dr Karishma and Dr Devendra has handled my case back then. Well, that lasted for an year until my ortho treatment started and when the actual nightmare began. Firstly, they knew my entire case very well. I don’t live in Bhopal permanently but as my family lives there they insisted me to get my treatment done from there itself. I told both the doctors that for my ortho treatment (braces) I can’t come frequently so they advised me to come once in 2-3 months and it would be suffice. Though I doubted that and reconfirmed with them couple of times more that what if it affects my treatment but they assured me that nothing is gonna happen and my treatment will be done properly. I took their words as they are doctors and started my ortho treatment. Back then they didn’t have any internal doctor for ortho so they used to call an outside doctor for my treatment. I used to visit their clinic once in every two month since I was living in Pune and just for the treatment I used to come all the way to Bhopal from Pune. Meanwhile Somewhere around 2019 they started expanding their clinic *** ***** **** ***** *********** And that’s when after my 3 appointments they changed my doctor which they said was their internal doctor. And this new doctor always used to ask me why I don’t come in every 15 days instead of 2 months on which I told her that my situation was well known to dr Karishma and Devendra and they assured me multiple times that it’s not gonna affect my treatment. She treated me for 7-8 months when again they changed my doctor saying that my doctor has got some personal stuff and she can’t come. Then this another doctor did my treatment In a different way. He treated me for 4 months and again there was a new doctor. I started feeling like an experimental rat and I have raised this issue Infront of Dr Karishma and Devendra but they kept telling me this doesn’t affect my treatment. Irony is that I have asked them to suggest a dentist in Pune for emergency purpose but they kept avoiding it by saying that you should always get your treatment done from one doctor as everyone has different methods and it’s not good whereas they changed 5 doctors for my 3 yrs ortho treatment. And their internal doctors kept blaming their other internal doctors who all has treated me saying that they did my treatment wrong and I didn’t have any idea whom to believe.

**** ** *** *** ** ** ********* * **** ****** ***** ***** **** *** * **** *** **** ** ****** *** ******** Even at the time of removing my braces I have told that dentist there is still some gap left and she laughed it off saying that she has got some gap in her teeth too. Difference was that I paid money to get my gaps closed and she had it natural but she didn’t get it.

Coming to 2021 mid, their hospital has expanded to great extent. **** **** ****** ************** *** **** ** * ******** *** stopped caring about their patients. In July 2021 I started having dental problems again and decided to visit a dentist in Pune. *** *** **** ** ** ********* *** **** *** ****** * ******** ******* *** ***** * **** ******* ** * ***** ******* *** ******** **** ** *** **** ****** And this is not even about my ortho treatment (braces) but root canal, caping and filling. And I lost 2 more tooth whose treatment I got done within 3 yrs of treatment.

Current situation; I have invested so much time and money and now my teeth are in bad conditions then earlier .

Do not, absolutely do not visit this hospital. **** *** **** **** ** ******** ********** *** ** **** *********
