Ms. Cassandra Sundaraja is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Mind Vidya. She is licensed Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Hypnotherapist and has worked in the past as a Guest Lecturer in Psychology. Ms. Cassandra believes in the importance of matching therapeutic approaches and techniques to the needs of individual clients and hence does not subscribe to any one particular school of therapy. She has been extensively trained in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, as well as Couple and Family Therapy. Additionally, she has experience in Humanistic and Experiential Therapies, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, as well as integrated approaches like Cognitive-Analytic Therapy.
