Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
Had taken my father who had mild fever. I used CGHS referral for the payment. The doc apparently doesnt see personally the CGHS patients. He asks his juniors to see. One gets to meet personally only if they pay full rack rate. Seemed insulting to an ex servicemen and other ex govt employees who use their pension cards.
