Dr. Alka Bhasin

I've seen doctors all my life for my mother but Dr Alka is something else. Consultation with her feels like working on a research paper with your guide. She discusses everything at length. The cause, the condition, the medicine, the options, the threats, the precautions, the plans, the goals, every bit. She's medical ethics personified. I can only hope India gets more and more doctors like her

My mother had a kidney removed for a tumor. She has been doing well under constant guidance and monitoring of Dr Bhasin. She is a very thorough and methodical doctor with only her patients well being at heart. She may prescribe a number of tests and have low patience for medically incorrect patient or other doctor’s behaviour, but it only shows her concern for patients wellbeing.

We have been taken well care off by her over the past 2 years. Waiting period and stuff.... we don’t care in front of the guidance we get.

Doctor did not explain anything. She just prescribed medicines ******* ********** *** ********** ******** *** **** ********* **** ************* ***** ** ******* ****** ***** *** **********. It was our family doctor which pointed out.

The medicines prescribed may be needed and she was categorical which we appreciate, but she did not explain the underlying problem. She was rude also not only with us but also with other patients waiting to see her.

Please do not make the mistake of consulting Dr. Alka Bhasin.

My mother under treatment under her team, never get any guidance about the treatment, every time when we get appointment for review, she use to refers to her junior doctors. After long time waiting, she is not caring about her patients, ******** ********* ** ******** ***** *** ********** never want to recommend.

She is not a friendly doctor, very rude, never seats on her seat, and make u wait for 5-6 hours and in the end she refers it to their juniors. She only sees 7/8 patients in a day and take slow to respond, I didn't liked her the ways She rudely behaved even with her staff, I have visited her in max smart saket and from 1:30 to 3 She made me wait and she left her seat around 2 pm and told everybody that she is coming dn she came around 3 and denied to see patients *** ****** ********* *** **** *** **** and told everybody that she will see later and made us wait till6;30 after 6;30 she told the staff to cancel every appointment or refer it to junior, I have wasted my whole day and in the end I have to go to another doctor for consultation and still I have waited till 7;45 pm. Bad experience.

Never go to her, not even for a second opinion. She is arrogant and makes you wait ***** **** ******* ***** She is slow to respond **** *** **** ******* *** then held the patient responsible for the outcomes. I would not recommend her *** *** ************** ********* ****** ** ***** ********** ** ******

Every time I waited for my number for 4 to 5 hours and in last minute she handed over to her junior Doctors for consultation. *** ***** ** * **** ****** *** ** ** **** *** ** *** ************ ******* the patient come to you with your name in nephrology department in Max Smart Saket. I will never recommend her.

Pathetic how she would taunt the patients while meeting for the first time for having ‘hypertension’. We are facing issues and that itself is a reason why to try changing the doctors, she would criticize you for trying. Extremely very dissapointed. ** ******* ** ********** ** ***
