I was 84.5 Kgs and never felt heavier. My movements at work outs were slow, could not run much and ran out of stamina completely. In addition to this, I had an insurmountable stress resulting in my eating habits becoming uncontrollable; I was living on junk food at an unwarranted quantity..and at one point I thought, this is it and I would somehow have to live with it...
But that’s when I decided its time to change and literally googled the best nutritionist in Bangalore…. Enter Nidhi Nigam….I met Nidhi on December 13, 2021; and I can certainly state that was one of the best decision of my life..
The best part about my first meeting was she carefully listened to all my issues, my eating habits, work outs etc.. and then.. she came out all guns blazing… she recommended her first diet chart.. I knew at that very meeting that if I followed her advise, I would definitely make it.. and 2 months on… boy!! did it come true.. From 84.5 I am now at 70.0.. all by following her advise.. Her reviews are as per diet plan and pin point accurate. She makes it a point to do all her reviews either in person or via video call and NEVER delegates it and at any point in time you message her to ask anything about the diet and she will respond.. I suffer from severe gastric issues which led to severe weight gain and despite working with various doctors, there was no respite for me. I got Nidhi's details from Google and decided to give it a shot. She listened to me patiently and came up with a very easy diet plan. Most of the ingredients are easily available which I often thought was eaten when a person is ill. I started to love these easy home cooked meals. My gastric reduced drastically. It's a long journey but one supported by Nidhi's advice and simple diet plans.
Another best part of Nidhi is her "Ghar ke nuskes" or what we call home remedies. She always has some easy tips to make life healthy. She makes you disciplined. I lost 15 kgs in 4 months.

Her diet has been quite easy to follow with just a few changes here and there to whatever I was eating as a vegetarian. She understands our way of living and adjusts our diet accordingly so that we are able to adapt to it without feeling overwhelmed.
Even if we are not comfortable with what she has advised we can freely talk to her about making adjustments.
In the last six months I have managed to lose around 7 kg weight and the most lovable part is that i have stopped my insulin shots for diabetes within just three months in January. Moreover where I was taking two tablets for sugar control, i have now come to just one tablet 💃🏽💃🏽.
But to be frank it wasn't a bed of roses through the way. I have had my low days when i was literally hand held and suppoted whole heartedly by Nidhi ❤️. She was the one who encourage me to take baby steps towards going for a walk and today I can breeze through with a 5 km walk.
