It's been few months since I started therapy or counselling with Dr.tamanna and it's being quite helpful and I can see the difference in me. She has been helping me through some issues like anxiety, lack of confidence and procrastination.

Her guidance has honestly been really helpful for me. She listens without judging and gives advice that actually works. One thing I really appreciate is how she encourages me to take one step at a time instead of overwhelming myself by trying to fix everything at once.

She helped me understood anxiety and procrastination better and because of that i've started to see small changed in myself. Her approach feels genuine, supportive and calm.

I had already consulted a couple of psychologists before this, but i wasnt really seeing much improvement. I went in with some personal issues that i would rather not share here, but she created a very comfortable and non-judgemental space from the start. She understood the issues very well and explained the treatment process and suggested hypnotherapy, which i was a bit unsure initially. Surprisingly, i started noticing positive changes after a hypnotherapy session and after around 3-4 sessions, i felt siginificant sense of relief and the concerns i came here for felt completely resolved. Though i still consult her for guidance on things that keep happening in my life, which says a lot about the trust i have in her. I would definitelty recommend her, especially if you have tried therapy before and it didn't work for you. Sometimes you just need the right therapist.
