The way he communicated was extremely smooth and easy to comprehend. Also, the assignments really helped the understanding to sink in and also made it fun and enjoyable to the fact that all of the tools he gave me can actually be used in real life made it feel the time spent with him to be progressive and productive. And the attention he gave to each problem helped address it in a wholesome manner and we were able to work through the process well.

The experience was really good and satisfying. I had anxiety issues in interacting with new people or when I had to give my presentations in college. He helped me a lot through this and now I can confidently face new situations and interact with new people. I can really see myself becoming much better day by day.

It was an amazing experience. I was having some serious relationship issues with my family, with the help of the sessions provided to me, I have been able to overcome those issues and gain some really amazing insights. I liked the ideology and the process of counselling practiced.

My experience with Mr. Shridhar has been incredibly helpful. He made sure I was comfortable in sharing my problems and experiences with his great listening and understanding skills. His approach remained holistic and goal directed at the same time. Not only did he help me navigate through my issues but also made me understand myself better and accept my negative emotions as they are. He made me realize people and relationships come with shortcomings and we must never forget the positive parts when dealing with the negatives. He is Flexible, unlike other counselors n psychologists who have 'One Size Fits All Approach'. He has amazing Clarity of Thought and a deep understanding of life's most complex issues. He is astute at sensing what his clients think/feel. And the best part is his warmth, acceptance, empathy n non judgment attitude n focus on me not himself.

I had gone through a tough break up and it's like my life had stopped for a while. I needed a lot of answers and Shridhar gave me so many. He has helped me pretty well. I feel I'm back on track...at least for now.

i had a lot of communcation issues with my family memebers .... i couldn't express or talk to my parent but by the kind of talk the counsellor engaged me in and the task given by him to be performed my relation with my family memebers improved to a great extent
