Dr saumya rathi is simply awesome, her behaviour with the patient is very charming and the explanation of the diseases is also fantabulous, and the most important if you face any difficulty after visiting the dr she will assist you over phone after sharing prescription, which makes her exceptional.

Dr. Saumya Rathi was the sweetest doctor who listened to my problems very patiently and treated me accordingly. She clearly explained the precautions I should take, and overall it was a nice experience. I started feeling better within 2 hours after following her advice.

Today, the chances of ending up with rude, hasty and unempathetic Doctors in Delhi has risen (personal experiences)which could be the result of compassion fatigue by the amount of patients they deal with daily, also when there is a high likelihood of getting fleeced by a Dr, I was surprised by the way Dr. Saumya Ma'am listened to me patiently with empathy, no interruptions and only then prescribed the medicines(no unnecessary additions) and she was kind enough to make corrections to my prescription even though I conveyed my other symptoms much later as I recalled. She went out of the way and entertained my request to read my reports even though I had shown up 10 min late beyond her visiting hours in the morning slot and saved me another 3 hrs of wait. Also, the medicines prescribed by her started to show results the next day( which I doubted given the mental and physical pain I was going through at that time). I am happy that I decided to trust Dr Saumya(her clinic is a bit far from where I live) even though there is no dearth of doctors within the area where I live but at the end of the it all boils down to whom you can trust.
