I was struggling through miniscus tear followed by knee instability from almost 2 years. But since 25 days I joined physio sessions here, I have seen a lot of improvement. Now I can easily do the deep squats and lunges which was not at all possible earlier. I am able to walk long distances now and my knee stability has significantly improved.
