Myself Sachin Patil, residing in Dubai, UAE recently (on 27th July, 2021) diagnosed with Greater Toe infection. When consulted with local doctors, they instructed to do the surgery in India as chances of removing the greater toe is high due to severe spread of infection. Immediately I contacted Dr. Samuel Sathwik from Dr. Mohan Diabetes Centre, Gopalpuram, Chennai, India who is treating me for diabetes for last 4 years. Due to current travel restrictions, I informed Doctor that I will be travelling alone & no relatives will be accompanying me as I am basically from Mumbai & residing in Dubai for last 14 years. Dr. Samuel Sathwik assured to make full arrangements for me in the hospital. I traveled to Chennai, India on 30/07/2021 & directly went to hospital from the Chennai airport. As promised by Dr. Samuel, all the arrangements were made for me as soon as I entered the hospital. Within 15 minutes I was given the booked room & initial treatment & other related followed. Later on same day Dr. Ramanarayan - Foot Surgeon visited & saw the infection status. On very next day 31/07/2021 the surgery was done (within 24 hours from the time I admitted to the hospital). With the expertise & knowledge of Dr. Ramanarayan my greater toe was saved & all the infection was removed. It was a wonder for me as I was under the impression that I will be loosing my greater toe. I was kept under strict supervision of Doctor for 5 days & on 5th day I was given the discharge.

I am really thankful to Dr. Samuel Sathwik - Diabetician for all his supervision & guidance from day 1, Dr. Ramanarayan - Surgeon for his expertise in saving my toe, Ms. Jayashree - Supervisor for her assistance & all the nurses & support staff who were very friendly & taking care of me like a family member in absence of any attendee from my side.

New Gen Doctor with all experiences of currently available latest drugs & treatments procedures. Relying heavily on him for recovery of my wife. Although I’m a first timer to him but my intuition says she will be okay under treatment of Dr Samuel.

Mr Samuel is very understanding and helpful. He guided me through out my pregnancy. Dr. Sam is very practical, data driven and ensures that you understand not just the treatment plan but also the basis for the same. He really listens to you, is patient, analytical and laser focused on your end game. He got me from Insulin to only tablets in about 6 months. I highly recommend him.
