I’ve been consulting Dr. Nahid Dave for the past seven years, primarily for anxiety-related issues, and the experience has been excellent. Dr. Nahid Dave creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel truly heard and supported.

Anxiety is real. And it creeps up on you slowly, so slow that you barely realize that you are deep in its clutches.

I was not well for few weeks, first was down with fever and then was being treated for Vitamin deficiencies. I also had started experiencing sweating, increased heart beat and had gone to multiple doctors but the situation was not improving. Then i planned to consult therapist Dr.Nahid and after first few appointments which included counselling, she understood the root cause of the symptoms and suggested me a medicine. I was apprehensive about taking the medicine but she assured me that it's non addictive and i will be well very soon. I took the treatment, started practicing yoga and meditation as per her recommendations and things were back to normal very soon. I started experiencing difference in a week's time and was perfectly fine within a month. I will suggest to everyone who is experiencing stress, anxiety or any other psychological disorder to visit Dr. Nahid once. She is very empathetic, friendly and passionate about her work. Also, to anyone reading this - It's okay to be not okay. Let's just put an end to this stigma about psychological disorders and step out or help others to do so and get over it.
