Dr. Sumit Goyal

I had a very poor experience, I did my teeth RCT and capping done here 1 year ago for which they charged aroumd 4-5k and assured me that cap has a life of atleast 5-6 years.

Now few weeks ago suddenly my cap came out. I called Delhi dental clinic owned by Dr. Sumit goel, he asked me to come to clinic. when i visited the clinic amd waited for more than 45 minute then they ask me to deposite the fee which was totaly unacceptable as they have assured me that cap will not get removed and despite of accomodating his mistake they even still charging extra money to fix their own mistake.

Now they are saying thay cap needs to be changed and have to buy new one and when i insist to fix the same as this is the same cap for which you gave the assurance of 5 years then one of the their trainees to get it fix.

They *** **** **** ******** ***** ***** *** do not consider about the treatment given to patient.

I would never recommend such a poor, bad service and treatment to anyone.
