I had an implant and root canal procedure done at her clinic, The Dental Co. Very professional and gentle, took the time to explain everything clearly, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and truly appreciated the care I received.

Dr Ruchi Thanawala is a fantastic dentist who did an awesome job on my teeth. She explains everything in detail and lets you make an informed decision. The whole process was absolutely stress free and pain free.

My overall experience is good.. Dr. Ruchi is very professional and experienced...I visited the clinic based on the previous reviews.. Clinic and the staff were friendly.. Dr. Gayatri is the Endodontist aka Root Canal specialist who performed the root canal procedure..

I felt the treatment costs are bit expensive (20k - 27k for root canal + core buildup + crown .. cost will vary depending on the type of crown) as compared to other dentists. I am visiting India and I had 2 root canaling procedure done with one tooth filling...

Also, my Root Canal procedure was the little painful though Dr.Gayatri put me on pain killers , the second sitting for the root canal was painful but the pain came down eventually.. both Dr. Ruchi and Gayatri made sure the pain got reduced and the infection has been treated well.. the root canal and crown looks good and I am happy with the treatment

I am over the moon with the crowns I got done from Dr. Ruchi! They have way exceeded all expectations that I had and I just can't stop smiling and staring at myself in the mirror. I have an 11-month old baby so had restrictions for when I could be available for appointments. Dr. Ruchi was so understanding & accommodating of my situation. If there was ever going to be an unavoidable last-minute delay, she always informed me. Dr Ruchi and her staff is very welcoming and friendly. She is professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. Dr. Ruchi Thanawala was very warm and makes you feel comfortable. She explains the entire procedure to you to put you at ease. She is very patient. Her clinic in Vashi is very accessible and very well kept. She did 4 cavity fillings for me and it was completely painless and smooth. The color of the fillings are tooth coloured and the finish of the fillings were also very fine, so you dont feel any obstruction on ornaround your teeth post the treatment is done. Dr.Ruchi also gives important tips about how to take care and maintain your teeth post your treatment is done. To sum it up, Do visit her clinic if you have any dental problem and am sure its going to be a smooth experience.
