I went to the clinic as I'd been experiencing loss of hearing due to earwax build-up. The diagnosis was swift. And the doctor did a cleansing procedure. It took 2 sittings as it was hardened but she managed to dislodge it to restore hearing in the first sitting. Dr. Joshi was very professional, gentle and careful, explained the issue well and answered my follow-up questions. Noticeably, what I really liked was that she didn't charge me for the procedure until the issue was fully resolved which exhibits integrity. Would recommend 100%.
