I find Naturopathy the best specially under the guidance of naturopath doctor, reasonable and very effective, mud therapy, water therapy, massage, spine spray machine, shirodhara, full body steam, I have tried everything here. Everything is best that one another, and best part is no medicines are give, no tight workout and no tight schedule.
