Dr. Jaspal Singh Ranyal

I recently visited Dr. Ranyal in Paschim Vihar with acute pain in my lower back (slip disc).

He investigated and immediately advised an X-ray and found that my muscles and veins are very weak not in shape. Medicines in such cases offer temporary/ momentary relief, so, he advised me to start physiotherapy and some exercises for long time relief.

In a week's time, I have experienced a big difference and am feeling healthy and back to work. I have understood that the exercise in such cases like me would help and not just the medicines.

It was a great experience. A very quick diagnose of my problem was done ( which only an expert can do) and also suggestions in terms of action plan was provided in terms of Physiotheraphy . Also medicins were provided at th clinic with all relevant receipts. The Physiotheraphy clinic is also very good with all machines and sufficient tables for patients
