Looking forward to more precision at work, it is understandable that you can never seek perfection in orthodontic treatment but the possibilities should be discussed and the concerns of the patients shall be addressed at length, also it would help if digital models are used to describe the look and the effect of this treatment on person's aesthetics as that is what they care about the most at the end of the treatment. Also, every sitting shall have a road map of next few sittings discussed in advance. This helps the patient in aligning his own expectations with what the doctor is about to deliver or can most likely deliver over the period of time.
