********I recently underwent Optilume DCB Urethroplasty under the care of Dr. Ashish Saini, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, Dr. Saini was incredibly patient and explained the entire procedure in detail, which gave me a lot of confidence. The surgery itself was virtually painless, and the recovery has been smooth. My post-surgery Uroflowmetry results are excellent (Qmax 71.3 ml\/sec), which is a testament to his expertise. He is not just a great surgeon but also a very kind person who talks to his patients with a lot of respect. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with urethral stricture!\
