I have been to few doctors in south Delhi including Dr. Gandhi clinic and max vet clinic where most of the time I felt coldly treated and at the end of treatment like robbed... But with Dr. Rana I felt more satisfied with all my queries and various doubts about my new puppy because of his patience and experience.. he was more pationate about the puppy and its health than the fees which made it a pleasant visit.. Highly recommended.

I'll never forget the way the doctor was fascinated with my cat's saddle thrombus and didn't give any medication or care to even think of helping her with pain which she was suffering badly with. I'll never forgive this clinic. Each staff member including the apprentice or whatever you call it is hardwired to be as insensitive as possible with the animals. My male cat had a huge pus sac which needed immediate cleaning and they squeezed him down and stopped me from lovingly petting him which actually was working better no! A THOUSAND times better than them pressing him aggressively on the table.
