I had consulted her for thyroid i had taken her appointment on tuesday but she refused to attend in the same day and gave me another time after 2 days...Then i again tried to contact her after 3 days of consultation as i was not feeling well *** ** **** ********* ********** ** *******I tried to reach her number of times on that day but she kept on delaying and didnot responded back

Thank you taking out your time to review us. We take these feedback very seriously. I read patient’s report in detail before going to a video call. I would like to prepare myself as much as possible; this reflects in my detailed prescription. As you can recall, you booked your appointment 30 mins before and there was no way I could read your report before hand. We moved your appointment after 12 hrs only after taking your approval. Even Practo won’t allow us to move beyond 24 hours. Further, my staff and I were proactively in touch with you to respond your question. Unfortunately, responding within few minutes of posting the question is not possible as I manage ICU as well. But I m glad that you were satisfied with the treatment provided. I will work on how I can respond from couple of hours to just few minutes.

Consulted her for hormonal imbalance and she said get these tests done then we will see after the tests results she recommended more tests. After the result of those she said come and meet me and i have to pay again for new appointment i mean what process these doctors are doing making patients wait for 1 hour at there clinic which is highly crowded and then need to pay fee again to show the reports my first appointment was waist of money *** **** ***** **** **** ***** *** all the money that you invested on tests and now waiting time is again 1 week totally disappointing very unprofessional * ***** *** *** ******** ******* ******* *** ******* ***** she waisted my 14 days and now want me to wait one more week almost a month to get consultation from these fellows. Never go to her place she is a total waist of time and money .

I hope you realise that you are suffering from an acute disease which requires step by step mental and physical treatment. If we provide you expensive tests without ruling out more common cause, it would not be in the best interest of patient. Accordingly when initial tests were found normal, other tests were prescribed. My staff called you and suggested to visit the clinic because given your acute condition, I can’t explain or provide treatment through WhatsApp. Since you started your treatment in-person, we suggested to visit the clinic. We follow strict MCI, Indian government and Practo guidelines while collecting the consultation fee. Please understand that we treat disease—and if some disease takes time, so we have to spend more time. My staff was proactively in touch with you to explain the process and guide you.
