The hospital was very nice and the doctor’s demeanor was very good. He was very helpful in explaining my back pain diagnosis and treatment plan.

The appointment was delayed by about an hour, and the consultation felt rushed with little time to ask questions. However, the clinic hygiene and staff behavior were good.
