A simple five point scale, and I would give 0/5 for my visit. It was a sort of emergency when I visited, and 1 week later, the emergent situation still persisted, where I decided to find another doctor. I had to wait 20 minutes again and then go ask to prescribe an SOS medicine, ***** ** ****** **** ********** ***** **** ******* ** *** ***********
My only advise would be, please try to listen with patience about what is troubling the patient.
