Firstly, there was very less waiting time which is very good. I went to see the doctor and he first checked my vitals and asked me questions to understand how I was feeling and what ailments I was suffering from and then explained to me very patiently what exactly was the problem and how it happens. I had visiting Dr. Pavra for throat infection and fever. Had a good experience then, and hence, consulted him for covid-19. Dr. Pavra very patiently explained all that's needed to be done on call.
