I have normal piles issue and Docotor said after Laser surgery withing 3 to 5 working days will be 100% Ok but I have suffered 5months *** ****** ***** *** ** ***** ***** ******* ** ********* ** ******* and Inside lot of puss and infection and necro skin issue, all happend after 1 and half month of surgery

30 Oct 2023 I have done Laser treatment for Piles and after surgery Doctor did not consult properly about medicine and dressing

Withing 4 days Heavy bleeding started and I consult the doctor and Did not inform anything but stiches was open and New medicine started to stop the bleeding, Bleeding stopped within 3 days

after 1 month I have still Pain but this time paid from inside and lot of Puss Discharge

1 and half month after due to more laser , Inside heavy infection and Fistula happend

I have to do another Surgery for Fistula which took me 2 months for recovery time *** **** *** ******* ******* ** ****** ********** and not properly guide for medicine and dressing and misguided that it will be cured in 3 to 4 days

I am very disappointed and I do not want what happend with me to happen to some one else,

I had 2 back to back unsuccessful (Complex perianal Fistula) surgeries at this hospital (Dr. Chirag Shah), But despite treatment for last 3-4 months along with around total ~80-90K expenditure . I am still not fully cured for my diseases.

*First Surgery (Oct 23):*

Prior to admission, In the very first meeting, I asked the doctor, about the chances of recurrence after laser surgery. At that time, Doctor assured me that, with his experience recurrence chances are less at most they need to do one time wound cleaning after some time. And most of the time, it is fully cured after first surgery itself.

Then within month of first surgery itself. I again started experiencing, pain/bump in fistula region along with puss discharge. Then he asked me to undergo (2nd surgery) wound debridement under Anesthesia for permanent cure.

*Second surgery (Dec 23):*

Prior to second surgery also, again I asked, whether after this minor procedure, whether my fistula wound will be completely healed or not. And again Dr. Chirag confirmed positively.

Just to mention, for this minor procedure, at the starting, hospital confirmed some cost. But at the time of discharge, I have been asked to pay 80% higher (8k) than the previously confirmed expense.

Now after 2nd Surgery, Again In Aprox. ~30-40 days, i started experiencing same issue (Puss discharge from fistula wound).So I again consulted hospital for my condition, But i have been told to go undergo another minor surgery (3rd). Which i denied, as i do not wanted to take further chance with my hard earned money as well as my health.

Overall to summarize, It has been very disappointing *** ******* ********** *** *** **** I am not sure, where to go and even after my sufferings for last 3-4 months my disease not cured.

Now I feel, that I made a big mistake by trusting this hospital for my treatment and now i am forced to proceed my further treatment with another doctor.
