I am M.M. Balasubrahmanyam , 81 year old cancer recovered patient with shattered lungs due to severe Covid in Aug, 2020. Apart from my lungs, Covid had spoiled my teeth bringing them to terminal stage with the result I was not in a position to enjoy my meal. I searched Google and found out IVORIES DENTAL CLINIC AND IMPLANT CENTER as the right choice to approach and settle my dental issue. Infact, I am not interested in removable dentures because, such dentures often create embarrassing situation, I wanted to have full mouth dental implant. However, considering my health issue, I was doubtful whether it is possible to have dental implants. Dr. Alaap Shaa , removed all my doubts and finally we decided to have dental implants for lower jaw and and normal denture for upper jaw. The experience is amazing and enthralling the way Dr. Alaap Shah carried out the entire operation.. During the course of the entire operation right from removing my terminal stage teeth to implant I never felt any pain or any sort of discomfort. Dr. Alaap Shah did his job with such a precision and perfection I was fully comfortable through out the opeation. His Clinic is fully equipped with highly sophisticated instruments. Infact, I would highly recommend his Clinic for any dental issue either for kids or for senior citizens like me.

I will be doing injustice if I do not mention the valuable attention paid to me by Dr.Rajvi. She is another qualified dental surgeon who attended on me after Dr. Alaap Shah. She is calm,cool and applies her good knowledge of dentistry with quick precision. She is an asset to the Clinic and has bright future. In the supporting staff I noticed Pooja, with her ever smiling face, is all in all, what I observed is she handles mostly administrative matters such as fixing appointments of clients with Doctors and allotment etc., in short she manages the Clinic thoroughly. Regarding nursing staff, I noticed Mamta, Vishal (1&2), Meghal, and Sunithaben are all thorough with their job, all of them are soft spoken, well mannered cordial and ever smiling. I came to know that they acquired the knowledge of dental treatment only after joining the Clinic, it is really commendable without proper training they not only acquired the knowledge of dentistry but are assisting the Doctors quickly without any hesitation.

Being 81 year old person I used to call them “BETA” including Dr.Rajvi, they never took it offensive but used to call me UNCLE. I liked because I feel I am with my own family. They are all ASSETS to the Clinic, I am sure the Clinic would love to have their services in uture also. My blessings to all of them

I am Kalpana Mudiganti, 73 years old, once I accompanied my husband M.M.Balasubrahmanyam to the IVORIES DENTAL CLINIC AND IMPLANT CENTER, when he was undergoing dental treatment. There I saw slides on TV explaining the importance of proper maintenance of teeth and consequent bad effects if proper care is not taken. Since I was already having very many dental issues, those slides on TV had enlightened me and I immediately filled the Form and started my treatment.

Dr. Kinjal Shah took up my case, she explained very clearly what are my dental problems and their bad effects if not taken care of. She handled all my dental issues efficiently and set everything right. Her touch is soft and I never felt intolerable pain. Slowly and steadily all my problems were set right by her and now she has put a partial denture with metallic hook or something with which I am able to enjoy my food. Dr. Rajvi also once or twice attended on me, she is also quite capable dentist. Apart from Dr. Kinjal Shah and Dr. Rajvi, I am also thankful to Pooja, Meghal and other staff members who assisted Doctors in treating my case.

All nursing staff members of the Clinic are ever smiling, soft spoken and are fully aware of their duties.

Generally every person is afraid of visiting any Doctor for the fear of pain they have to endure especially when it comes to dental problems people generally avoid visiting a dentist. I was also one of them, how ever Dr. Kinjal Shah proved me wrong. She just removed all my doubts and her soft touch and soft and sweet explanations made me feel at home and with my family.

Don't go by the reviews of this dentist. So, I looking for a credible dentist over Practo and discovered Alaap Shah, without any second thoughts I just booked it. My appointment was for 2pm and I was there dot on time and doctor wasn't there. I asked the staff when gonna doctor come she said "in another 10-15 minutes" I waited for an hour and then started questioning where is he, should I need to book again or what. Then the staff was like he is in OT at some hospital, Pls come at 4-5pm. I was like are kidding me?
