I first met with Dr. Heta on account of improving my overall health. She is a very caring and generous person.

Since my posture wasn't up to the mark, we first started with overall postural improvement exercises, and within a month, my posture was fixed. Also, since I had exercise-induced nausea, we started weight training and HIIT workouts gradually. On the occasion that I did feel nauseated, she tried her best to make me feel better. One of the crucial things that she told me was where to feel the stretch while working out, which, if not known, could cause unnecessary injuries.

Now, training with her for more than half a year, I can say, with confidence, that Dr. Heta knows best, and that her positive approach in training sessions has immensely helped me.

I'd been facing lots of anxiety, being overweight since a long time. Due to low level of fitness earlier, it was difficult to keep up even with the daily chores sometimes. Dr. Heta's consultation was very timely and it helped me immensely. Following up on some fundamentally basic interventions prescribed by her in my daily schedule, I dramatically improved my fitness levels. It helped me to take control over my weight issues as well.

So I consulted Dr. Heta regarding the same, for which she advised a few exercises which brought me quick relief in a week. I am thankful for her advice and happy to be able to run the marathon injury free.
