I had a complex surgery of my elbow and Dr Zoya is my physiotherapist.*** ** *** **** ******* I would recommend her as best physiotherapist specially for accident related patient like me who had surgery.Such a positive attitude and she really puts all her effort, I was been told it will atleast tk 3 mth for doing basic activity post surgery...but all becoz of her effort Iam able to do most of my basic activity within 2 mths time post surgery.I love her optimistic nature and she drives you to extra mile to work on yourself for fast recovery.Defitinely I will recommend her for accident and post surgery patient for physiotherapy.

The first time I visited Dr. Zoya for my knee treatment was couple of months ago when my knee had a serious pain. She treated it with absolute care and gave excellent treatment solution by which my knee pain was cured within couple of weeks. For the 2nd time she treated me for my back pain and for which she gave me excellent care and treatment solution which is ongoing. Her knowledge is reallyyyy good. I would say the best ever physiotherapist i have ever seen in my entire life. I trust her with my life whenever i have any kind of injury.

Doctor gave proper diagnosis on consultation and I was suggested the best and proper 10 days sessions/ treatment course required for my back pain. As the doctor rightly said the pain started reducing on 5-6th session but it’s must to complete treatment course for long term benefit. I also tried Cupping sessions apart from exercise sessions

After I completed my treatment course and sessions, I myself then extended my Physio sessions with her for a regular follow up and to avoid back pain again.

Proper back care education was given. Doctor Zoya gave me easy and best exercises which I could do easily and also she kept adding new exercises as my pain started to reduce. My visit to Dr. Zoya's physiotherapy stemmed out of pain around my neck, shoulder , elbow and armpit as well , for which I was suggested to see a physiotherapist. I found Dr. Zoya through practo recommendation and that decision turned to be great as she is indeed a great find who could see where is the root cause and give the correct treatment, attention that not only removed the pain and improved the range of movements ,the best part is that all this treatment was without medicines or without the need for intravenous steroids.

Dr. Zoya seems really experienced as she understood my Trigger finger issue, explained me in detail how it causes and what all are the remedies for it.
