During my college period I had a very active lifestyle. Then I started my sedentary job, this is when I started putting on weight. I used to feel embarrassed when I used to meet my friends and family and they used to say you have put on weight, Then I realised it’s high time that I should control and change my food and lifestyle habits. I was aware of Dr Harsh through youtube but then one of my family member told me he left all his medicine for Diabetes, Blood pressure, Anxiety etc under guidance of Dr Harsh Bardhan which motivated me to Consult Dr Harsh to reach my fitness goals and in 3 months I lost 10 Kg.

In March 23 my blood report shows Hba1c 9%. I visited to Dr. Harsh Bardhan. He asked me a lot of questions regarding work, Health history and some other queries . Then he prescribed me a medicine for diabetes and one multivitamin. After 45 days my Hba1c was come down to 7.1%
Which was amazing for me. Big thanks to him.
My treatment is still going on. Medicine are changed . Next 45 days I will again check my Hba1c hopefully it should be come to normal.
I am happy and satisfied with Dr. Harsh Bardhan.
