During my college period I had a very active lifestyle. Then I started my sedentary job, this is when I started putting on weight. I used to feel embarrassed when I used to meet my friends and family and they used to say you have put on weight, Then I realised it’s high time that I should control and change my food and lifestyle habits. In March 23 my blood report shows Hba1c 9%. I visited to Dr. Harsh Bardhan. He asked me a lot of questions regarding work, Health history and some other queries . Then he prescribed me a medicine for diabetes and one multivitamin. After 45 days my Hba1c was come down to 7.1%
Which was amazing for me. Big thanks to him.
My treatment is still going on. Medicine are changed . Next 45 days I will again check my Hba1c hopefully it should be come to normal.

In my first visit, he stopped me taking Insulin Toujeo(inj) 30 units/ day completely and Inj Novomix 30 was reduced from 24 units to 18 units/day and prescribed some tablets. The next day my fasting sugar came out @110 which previously was of the order of 180-250. The cost of medicines I had been taking was also reduced to one-fourth!! The treatment is going on and I am very hopeful of a positive outcome.
