I had a wedge fracture in my spine which had caused major deformities in my lumbar area as well. I was in devastating pain and could not stand for even 10minutes when i met with Dr Ruchika. She heard me out patiently without any hush, went into the deepest details of my medical reports and planned a huge set of diverse exercises for me.
