I have been seeing Dr. Farooqui for nearly six months now, in order to address multiple issues. Throughout my sessions, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to help me understand and deal with my problems effectively. Dr. Farooqui is incredibly friendly and open-minded, creating a comfortable environment for open discussions. I didn’t feel the need to hide things from him and he encouraged me to open up without sounding or being judgemental.

One of the standout aspects of his approach is that he doesn't sugarcoat things. Instead, he explains them logically and clearly, which I found very helpful. Thanks to his guidance and techniques, my anxiety has significantly decreased, and I've been doing very well recently. Therapy doesn’t work in a week, it took me a few months to get where I am now so I would recommend giving therapy some time.

Along with this, his assistant , Mr Rahul is also very diligent. I dont have to worry about forgetting session dates and timings as he always keeps me updated!

He is incredibly kind, friendly, and understanding, always calm and composed during sessions. He explains concepts clearly and asks smart, thought-provoking questions that encourage deep reflection. What I appreciated the most is that he guided me as a human being, not just as a patient, showing genuine care and compassion throughout. I have been seeing Akram Sir for therapy over the past 4 months, though I have consulted other professionals over the last 3 years. In just 4 months, he helped me identify and diagnose my bipolar mood disorder, guided me through starting the right medication, and provided support that has genuinely improved my well-being. I met with Dr. Farooqui for depression and anxiety issues. In his introduction session he listened to my problems with all his attention and make a note of all the problems I was facing, by the end of the session he gave me an assignment to come t with positive and negative things that I think are in me with examples to the next session. Also apart from this time if I have ever felt these symptoms even for days.

From next session with these thing we started working on my problems. He did took some relaxation session and taught me how to do them on my own. Now I am feeling much better. Still a long way to go, but from where I was I can say that I have covered a long distance with Dr. Farooqui to work on my mental health from where I was when I first met him.

I have been going to Dr Farooqui since 6 months now. He is professional, non judgemental and very friendly. He is easy to talk to and talking to him made me realize some deep rooted problems. He gives practical solutions. I never thought I will be able to make it. But he helped me come out of depression. He listens to you patiently and lets you vent out. I visted the clinic for my depression and anxiety problem, I have been taking the therapies from last 3 months,he is very friendly and has helped me to overcome social anxiety, before meeting him I don't want to intreact with many people and get anxious in the social gatherings and was not able to make friends in college ,now I am somewhat comfortable with meeting new people,
