This was our second baby delivered on 1st November. And it was the same professional and wonderful experience as at the time of our 1st baby. The fact that it was the time of Diwali Holidays - that didn't make any difference in the professionalism of Dr. Ruxana Master or the staff.

We got discharged on Diwali i.e. 4th November. The same dedication and proficiency that we had experienced the 1st time - had not changed. Yes, Ruxana ma'am is strict - but that should not be taken personally (which some people do and as a result, fail to take advantage of her vast experience - in the patient's own interest)!! In my opinion - that strictness is for the mother and child's well-being. And I for one - appreciate that more about her.

Her entire team of doctors which is present during the delivery, made me comfortable and at ease - which greatly helped in reducing the anxiety which any mother-to-be would feel. Overall, me and my husband have nothing to complain from our experience!! We are thankful to her, her team and the entire setup - for giving us 2 healthy babies!! Thank you Dr. Ruxana

P.s. – What made the moment even more special was that - It was Diwali when we got discharged. Thanks again ;)

Dr. Ruxana Master is one if the most amazing doctor I have ever met.very professional and pays attention to each and every detail..she gives a very secure feeling and motherly care specially because pregnancy is a time we are filled with so many doubts,anxiety and stress..

I consulted her during my first pregnancy and my experience was great and that made me travel all the way back to nagpur from Chennai during my second pregnancy because * **** **** *** **** *** I feel safe in her hands.

I consulted Ma'am for my Pregnancy. My pregnancy was a complicated one as I had low lying placenta, high weight and also developed gestational diabetes and High BP in last few weeks.

However Ma'am ensured to take care of all complications very well that made my pregnancy journey very smooth.

I had to be induced due to high BP and later go with Emergency C section - Ma'am handled everything very professionally.

Even the whole staff is very helpful.

During my stay they made sure to make me comfortable with their care and efforts.

Even they helped me learn Breastfeeding and added all efforts for giving the best to both of us.

For my complications the doctors Ma'am suggested for second opinion or the pediatrician - all are top in town.

I highly recommend her and she will always be first in my mind for any Gynecologic consultant.

I visited Dr. Ruxana first time in Sept 2021 when I was 4 weeks pregnant and continued seeing her through out my pregnancy.She is an amazing doctor and is highly experienced in her field. She has high work ethics and is extremely professional. I am so grateful to her for making my journey from pregnancy to child birth an amazing one. I am visiting her for post delivery care too till today and I am satisfied with overall experience. I would highly recommend her for any kind of Gynac related issues and pregnancy journey.
