However, there has been a miss somewhere and my experience has not been satisfactory. Below is my story,Went to Dr. Agarwal with complaints of toothache back in February, 2022. He recommended a root canal therapy for the last 2 molars in right upper jaw. There were multiple sittings required which extended for over a month. During the course of this, after the initial 1 or 2 sittings, the doctor relegated the task to someone else who performed the next few sessions and in this way the process was completed.Total Cost of Treatment: Rs. 25,000Around 3 months into the treatment, I started experiencing pain in 2nd last molar under the cap. Since I live in Mumbai, and only go to Lucknow once or twice in a year, got it checked from a specialist in Mumbai only.The observations were as below,1. There was a gap of 3mm. between the cap and the gum. This was leading to food particles getting stuck and decomposing there2. There was an infection developing in the tooth causing the pain. All this within 3 months of a root canal therapy!Outcome: I had to get a Re-Root Canal Therapy and Re-Capping doneThis cost me an additional Rs. 25,000.3. Upon calling Dr. Agarwal, he wanted to speak with the doctors in Mumbai on call. 4. I connected him with the concerned specialists and they provided the details and diagnosis on the call. They had the X Rays also handy in case required.The disappointing part was instead of admitting to the error and moving on, Dr. Agarwal became defensive and tried to justify.Conclusion: In all, it cost me heavily, Rs. 50,000(Rs. 25,000 for failed treatment Rs. 25,000 for re-treatment)Called up his clinic saying that I am not satisfied with the treatment provided as it was a failed root canal. Requested for a refund, if not for the full amount then atleast half of it.No response from Doctor. I am a regular patient at this clinic so as my family members . I highly recommend the folks to be the part of this clinic if ever you witness any dental issues.

I had visited Doctor in November due to tooth ache in my left upper Jaw. After doing xray he recommended for RCT for two teeth. After Xray the Doc told me that he will try to save one teeth as one of them was fractured.During RCT in the second sitting also i told Doc that it is slightly paining .. He said it will be alright. After 1 months of RCT I could not swallow any food on my left hand side as it was paining... When i visited the other Doctor he said it is fractured and to be removed. Now i got a big relief Therefore I would not recommend this Doctor . The RCT treatment is very high ..Rs 7K per teeth like a Doc charges in Bangalore **** ****** ** **** ***** *** **** ********Not a good experience at all
