Dr Rohit Agarwal is very humble , cooperative , soft spoken with all advanced technology and equipments. Explains very nicely about the disease and how to treat the same and overcome it. He is very caring , friendly and excellent in his work. Also has a very nice personality and nice behaviour and calm too. Will suggest Dr Rohit Agarwal for issues related to eyes.

Dr. Agarwal being an alumnus from AIIMS made surprisingly unnecessary comments. When my mother asked him to provide alternative medicines that are inexpensive. His reply was uncalled for he said, "If one wants inexpensive medicines one must go to a government hospital". Such behavior is not acceptable from a professional with such vast experience. Although his diagnosis procedure may have been good, his behavior and comments were demeaning.

The experience with Dr. Gopal Bandyopadhyay was good overall, although I wasn’t able to get in-depth details myself. The main issue was the long waiting time despite our appointment, but everything else was fine.

The doctor explained everything properly and the patient seemed satisfied with the visit. However, they declined to provide a rating when asked.
