Impladenzz Multispeciality Dental Clinic, Lake Gardens

This is regarding my mother's RCT for 2 teeth. Was charged Rs 4000 each (total Rs 8000) for the teeth (Position 5 and 7 on lower left jaw) on March 28th and April 1st, 2025 by Dr Shiva Shankar Roy. Payment was made accordingly after each sitting (Rs 4000 for each). So, RCT was completed on 1st April for both the teeth.

My mother continued to experience pain for the tooth (Position 7) and inflammation in gum (under position 5) and was told by Dr Roy not to panic as this was due to infection. After a few sittings , on 9th May my mother was advised for extraction (tooth 7) if pain does not subside.

Pain is due to infection'. At times 'RCT is not complete' but he took full payment for both the RCTs. **** ** *** **** ******* ****** ** ******* *** ** *********** **** Dr Roy says, 'RCT is not complete but if pain remains , will extract the tooth'. His lady assistant says that 'Dr Roy has not mentioned in the prescription that RCT is complete or he will extract the tooth'.

So not at all trustworthy.

*** ****** ** ** ********* ******* ******* **** **** I am taking treatment for last 8 years for my varied dental problems. She listens to your problem minutely and after through examination she charts out the plan for the necessary treatment along with timelines.

I have done three RCT’s with her and till date I haven’t faced any problems. Her chamber is well equipped with all modern amenities. Most important point which I like to highlight is that she takes highest care for the patient so that he/she faces no pain during the course of the treatment.

I would highly recommend her for all your dental issues.

Myself and my wife visited Impladenzz Clinic for a Root Canal Treatment and here are what we inferred thereafter -

1. The behaviour of Dr Malini is very nice, soft and friendly

2. The ambience of the clinic is very good and they are maintaining strict hygene in this Covid scenario.

3. The equipments are modern and treatment procedure is awesome.

4. Both Dr Malini and her husband Dr Shiv are punctual and maintain the timings strictly.

5. Dr Malini is very efficient in handling all the issues, diagnosing them and also in treatment.

We would recommend Dr Malini to everyone.

I am very happy with the way my issue was solved. He analysed my problem well and clearly explained me every thing that needs to be done to cure my toothache. He offered me flexible timings and easy payment options. Felt really homely when I visited the clinic as he was very friendly and I am really satisfied with his treatment. I would love to highly recommend him to others if they have any issues related to teeth.
