Happy with: Treatment satisfaction
We had a very positive experience with Samiksha ma'am. She has been extremely supportive in helping my daughter manage her health anxiety through online sessions. Her approach is patient and understanding.
What truly stands out is her availability. She is always accessible whenever my daughter needs help, even over phone calls. This constant support has made my daughter feel safe and reassured. Which has significantly improved her focus on academics and overall well-being.
I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a compassionate and reliable therapist for their child.** * *

******** ** * ***** ********* * *** ******* **** *** **** *** ***** *** **** *** ** *** *********** I’ve made towards my personal development in my entire life. Without doubt, and with no exaggerations.
She’s incredibly sharp, and can get to the root cause effectively, connecting the dots *** ******** ***** ********. She is very empathetic and understanding, but also highly objective and real. This combination makes her a very effective therapist.
she beautifully balances the classic tightrope of offering validation, and actionable solutions, and adapts her approach by proactively seeking feedback from her clients. Just after a couple of sessions, you will clearly see measurable progress.
I’ve referred her to 4 people, and every single one of them has been impressed by how much Samiksha has positively influenced their lives.

Happy with: Treatment satisfaction
When I first came to Samiksha, I was in a place of deep survival. My PTSD was so heightened that something as simple as seeing a white car would send my body into panic and freeze mode. I had no boundaries, was constantly gaslit, overworked, and still surrounded by abusive dynamics. I felt immense guilt for even thinking about setting boundaries—so much so that I had become disconnected from life itself.
Samiksha helped me navigate through all of that with compassion, patience, and steady support. She created a space where I could finally start to understand my trauma, listen to my body, and rebuild a sense of safety and worth. Through our work together, I’ve learned how to set boundaries without guilt, how to care for myself without sham e, and how to reclaim my voice and my space.
Today, my PTSD, vaginismus, and anxiety are manageable. I no longer live in constant fear, waiting for the next bad thing to happen. I can finally breathe again—without panic, without dread. I never imagined I’d get to this place, but with Samiksha’s help, I have.
I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone dealing with trauma, anxiety, or the weight of feeling powerless. She helped me come back to life.

I reached out to Samiksha at a time when I was struggling with severe anxiety and depression, and working with her has been one of the most grounding decisions I’ve made.
She creates a genuinely safe and non-judgmental space, which meant a lot to me, especially after having had difficult experiences with therapists in the past. With her, I never felt judged, rushed, or dismissed.
What I really appreciate is how she lets me guide the flow of therapy. She has never pressured me to talk about anything I’m not ready for, and that sense of control made it much easier to open up over time. She focuses on her role as a therapist without any moral policing, which, unfortunately, can be quite common.
I’ve been in therapy with her for the past two years, and in that time, I’ve been able to understand many of my patterns and learn how to manage my anxiety much better. It’s been a steady, meaningful process, and I genuinely feel more equipped to handle things now.
I’m really grateful for the support and space she’s provided.
