I am fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Rupa by a colleague for my pregnancy journey. Delivering a baby in a pandemic is a challenge, but Dr. Rupa and her clinic have set high bars in hassle-free pregnancy delivery. Her skilled expertise, methodology, and prompt responsiveness are everything you can ask. From our initial appointment, my husband and I both sensed ease with Dr. Rupa. She patiently explained my daily diet and exercise plan and explained the reasons behind every decision made.

Today, while most Obstetrician/Gynecologists schedule c-section delivery, Dr. Rupa still prefers the archaic style and encourages natural birth. Such experienced doctors are rare to find. We waited till 26th April and my due date was on 28th April. However, at the last moment, our doctor suggested that a slightly early delivery would be the best for both the child and me. Due to slight complications at the end, we had to go through a c-section. However, my notions about postoperative cesarean were quick to take a turn when I experienced a smooth surgery, almost no pain and a speedy recovery. No need for regular hospital visits, our doctor has always been just a call away.

Post-delivery, Dr. Rupa carefully explained how to care for the incision and advised us for telephonic consultation whenever required. It’s 13 days to have been blessed with a healthy baby boy, our pregnancy experience couldn't have been smoother. We are indebtedly thankful to Dr. Rupa for helping us bring our little bundle of joy into this world and our gratitude will never lessen. We are extremely happy with the journey and couldn't have asked for a better doctor for our care.

Writings this on behalf of my wife and my experience is also the same. To begin with, she had been the guardian Angel to us in true sense, during the 8.5 months of our pregnancy journey, and we are blessed with our beautiful daughter who came to see the world in her hands.

Not always you come across a doctor with so much of empathy, and of course dedication. She did treat us like family and never did she fail to respond to any query over a simple WhatsApp chat, even if it’s late in the night; and we couldn’t have been more amazed given the busy schedule she does have as a doctor.

Here I must mention, there had been small complications with my wife’s health and she had timely recommended another great doctor.

It had been much of a surprise to us, that not only her, but her recommended doctors (even our baby’s paediatrician) somehow holds upto the same standards.

Overall, any adjective would fall short to describe her greatness, both as a doctor and as a human being. We are more than blessed to have her as our doctor and guardian.

In her early pregnancy, my wife was facing light brown discharge. we were taking complete treatment from this doctor *** *** could not save my baby. i have no regret.After 2.5 months, it was bleeding heavily and situation of wife was very very bad. i contacted kavita mondal for an appointment but she denied to take appointment at her clinic for the day. then i requested he and she told to come at bhagirathi neotia hospital for appointment. As per her suggestion, i went there with my wife(same bleeding situation) and i tried to contact her multiple times from there but she did not pickup my phone. we finally had to come back and went to another doctor. I am blessed with a healthy baby girl who was delivered in emergency at 35 week of pregnancy due to some complications & it is only possibly due to madam’s support.Thank U madam for making my high risk pregnancy journey easy. I would highly recommend Madam bcoz of her friendly behaviour & supportive nature.

Dr Kavita Mandal in one word is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. She was very professional in her attitude and did an amazing work in guiding us through out the procedure. She was always reachable over calls or WhatsApp and also she took care of the patient personally when required, like calling proactively to check how the patient is doing. Knowing her busy schedule and the amazingly good reputation she has in medical world, I think we were blessed to be under her for this period. Thank you doctor.

I still remember the first day when me and my husband visited dr. Kavita Mandal, we were having mixed emotions, very nervous at the same time happy as it was my first pregnancy, we were hesitating to ask our queries however she made us very comfortable and listened to our queries very patiently and cleared our doubts.During my pregnancy, the treatment which I received was very good and whenever I use to have doubts, I would connect with her either through call or whatsapp.

A women needs medical treatment as well as emotional support during pregnancy since our hormone level fluctuates sometimes we panic however the friendly and supportive nature of her made my pregnancy smooth and overcome these issues.

I am really very thankful to the doctor who treated me so well that I would like to recommend others also to visit her.

I was suffering from acute hip muscle pain, was unable to walk or move around; consulted Dr. Joydeep Ghosh for that. He listened to my problems, prescribed medicines and a few clinical tests. Advised me about the Do's and Dont's during the treatment period explaining everything in detail. It's now a month after I visited the doctor, and my pain has reduced to a great extent, I can now walk comfortably and I hope I'll recover completely in a month or so. Thank you very much Doctor for your support. :)

For a long time I almost lost the humanly behaviour from a doctor, my brain almost got accustomed with the ignorant behaviour of a doctor but here I got surprised even questioned about the relevance of Doctor's query. I must say a friendly behaviour of a doctor with a patient is always needed then only a patient can elaborate his issues and a doctor can diagnose it properly. Mostly doctors prescribe med rather than discussing how did that happen, what are the causes of the disease. In my case there was nothing to discuss in depth but Dr Ganguli has made me feel so comfortable and said not to worry, that was brilliant.Although surgery/disease is not at all welcomed but if in case you can not avoid it, I would recommend Dr Ganguli if you can manage his dates.Over all Thank you Doctor...

I went to her in the month of April for the first time for pregnancy check-up. She diagonised me very well and she always give few medications. The most beautiful is her smile and her behaviour as a doctor as well as an woman. She explain everything in detail to me and my husband. I suffered a lot in my pregnancy time and as a doctor she helped me a lot and made the journey smoother. She gifted me my baby boy on the month of December. I really appreciate her appearance, behaviour and her lovely smile.

I and my wife had visited Dr. Kavita Mandal, after reading so many positive reviews about her. But it was very disheartening to realise that her behaviour and friendliness, both contradicts what is being told about her in Practo. Our visit was pregnancy related and we hardly felt comfortable with the conversation we had with her. *** ********* ** ********** ************** *** her attitude and arrogance always showcase that she is highly professional, and that she's always in a hurry and doesn't have much time and patience for any patient.Even when you call her later or text her, the answers seem that she's little irritated, specially if you ask her the same thing over and over again. I don't know whether we are the only ones who faced such a behaviour from her.
