Inflammation of calf muscles and tingling were preventing me from walking comfortably. The left leg being particularly affected, I was leaning towards the right. At Alexa, doctors Shipra Kumari, Avik Mishra and Srabasti Manna put me through a 15 day therapy programme. This included needle therapy on identified pain trigger points for quick relief. I am happy to say that inflammation and tingling are at a minimum - I am walking freely and straight - no leaning to the right. I am also doing their suggested exercises. I recommend Alexa!

Dr.Shipra is a honest doctor who explained me the problem articulately and started with the pain management techniques. within a week my arm and wrist pain disappeared after 5 sessions of ultrasound and 1 session of cupping. currently treating my plantar fasciitis. hope it to be a helpful as this one. overall, definitely recommend Dr. Shipra.

I have taken the advantage of having such a help-full facility ,when I came here 4 years back ,for short periods. Wish I could continue the therapy for a long time . May be that would make me not to see my present condition which is not good at all.
