I took my mother for eye checkup and after doing eye test by clinical staff doctor reviewed the report and told my mother is suffering from "Motiya Bind (Cataract)" and changed 1300 rs up to now which is not any cause of problem for us. But we asked doctor please tell Basic specifications, Make and model of offered lens for eyes (8 K to 70 K) then they told only make but about specifications and model of lens they dint want to tell and stooped responding our questing and doctor left seat and told to ask assistant. After asking from support staff; They started telling you people are asking too much so where you want to do operation you can do but we will not tell more then this. So we faced majorly below list of problem from this clinic from which all going persons need to aware.

1. Doctor and support staff is not want to tell more about problem and solutions and how much they are charging for what?

2. As a consumer they are only charging money for eye lenses without telling all advantages and disadvantages. Only telling this is good you need to go for it but if you ask what is they will not tell you.

3. Staff and doctor both behavior is rude.

4. I will recommend do not go in this clinic in Kanpur************* * *** **** ****** *** ********** ** *** **** ** ******* *** *** *** ******* * *********** **** **** ******** *** *** ** ** ******** ******** * ********* ************** **** ***** ********** **** ********* ****** ******** ********* ***

**** ****** ** ****** .well behaved and give very gentle and right advice..... hospital staff is also very good and punctual......

Charges exorbitant fees for eye surgery and lenses, which other doctors do at almost half the price.
