I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the waiting and appointment system at Arora Eye Care.

On Friday, 04 September 2026, I visited Arora Eye Care along with my wife for her eye check-up. I would sincerely request you to review and improve your appointment and waiting system. A proper token-based system should be introduced so that every patient is attended to according to their token number, while appropriate priority can be given to persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other eligible categories in a transparent and clearly defined manner.

Such a system would ensure fairness, transparency and equal treatment for every patient *** ***** **** ******* *********** ************* ** ***** *** *** ******* ********

Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not intend to visit Arora Eye Care again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. However, I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other patients do not have to face a similar experience in the future.

​I recently had my procedure done at this hospital, and the experience was truly wonderful. the entire staff is extremely polite, supportive, and well mannered, with no rudeness at all. during the procedure, a staff member held my hand very gently and comfortably, which gave me immense emotional support and reassurance when i needed it the most.

​the treatment provided was top quality, and the charges were very fair and reasonable. the doctor is exceptionally friendly and approachable, making sure patients feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout. the hospital environment is peaceful, calm, and well maintained. on the day of the procedure, the admission process was smooth, and the room provided was spotless, neat, and equipped with all necessary facilities.

​overall, i had a very satisfying and comforting experience, and i would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care.

The hospital is very Good and Very Professional. The environment and the Doctors and the Staff dealing is very good and polite and respectful.

I have gone through Retinal Detachment Surgery by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he is very helpful and very professional and trained doctor. He cleared all our doubts before and after surgery. The Nurses and all the Staff is very good and polite. Also, mentioning the Discharge and Medication document, all the Medicines and Eye drops are very well mentioned and easy to understand and in systematic order. I recommend this Hospital and especially this Doctor to every eye patient and every eye surgery.

Great experience with doctor, highly recommended my mother did her eye surgery from Arora hospital, I am second patient from my family visiting same doctor, as my father explained great nature and behaviour of Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he explained very well, and helped me to get rid of my (eye) glasses.

Staff is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

and most importantly wait time is very less which helps patient to get their treatment as soon as possible.

Doctor was so friendly he explained the symptoms of diseases in detail he made me feel so comfortable and the environment of the clinic was also good the staff was also good. I didn't need to wait much for much more time for check up so they value the time of patients also they don't make their patients to wait for so long....

Grateful I found the right doctor. I recently experienced an unfortunate incident. However my doctor was patient and proactive to my situation. I received the help and information I needed. I am hopeful I will recover to my original condition . Thank you Dr amandeep Singh
