Arora Eye Hospital and Retina Centre, Lajpat Nagar

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the waiting and appointment system at Arora Eye Care.

On Friday, 04 September 2026, I visited Arora Eye Care along with my wife for her eye check-up. I would sincerely request you to review and improve your appointment and waiting system. A proper token-based system should be introduced so that every patient is attended to according to their token number, while appropriate priority can be given to persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other eligible categories in a transparent and clearly defined manner.

Such a system would ensure fairness, transparency and equal treatment for every patient *** ***** **** ******* *********** ************* ** ***** *** *** ******* ********

Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not intend to visit Arora Eye Care again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. However, I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other patients do not have to face a similar experience in the future.

Great experience with doctor, highly recommended my mother did her eye surgery from Arora hospital, I am second patient from my family visiting same doctor, as my father explained great nature and behaviour of Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he explained very well, and helped me to get rid of my (eye) glasses.

Staff is very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

and most importantly wait time is very less which helps patient to get their treatment as soon as possible.

In last I would say, I had Great experience and will recommend everyone for their vision (eyes) related issues visit Arora Eye Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab.

Dr Amandeep is a thorough professional and a gentle man who is very considerate and patient with the patient. ** *** ********* ** **** *** ******* ********* *** ******* ** ******** *** **** ******* *** **** ******** ** **** ************ He is quite affordable for his quality services.

Doctor was so friendly he explained the symptoms of diseases in detail he made me feel so comfortable and the environment of the clinic was also good the staff was also good. I didn't need to wait much for much more time for check up so they value the time of patients also they don't make their patients to wait for so long....
