Here is my whole experience which may help other to decide the right place to take the treatment-

1st Visit - 10 Feb 2021 - I took my wife to Dr Aveg for first time for her headache treatment. We took appointment one day before and we were told to come on 8 AM morning. When we went there on 8 AM the gate were locked and we were told to come on after 30 mins. We waited outside with our 2 years old baby. Then we entered inside clinic by 8:30 AM doctor call us to meet by 9 AM. I don't know why they have wested our 30 more mins.

Doctor checks the patient via video call not in person where system got disconnected few times. He did brain mapping and few blood tests worth Rs 2500.

When I asked for swipe machine they don't have. I paid the amount via Paytm. They will not give you payment receipts proactively instead you have to request then for 2-3 times. Before leave I confirmed that in case of any emergency what to do they told WhatsApp on the given number and you will get the response asap.

2nd Visit - 4 Mar 2021 - We feels good that she got some improvements in her headache issues and visited second time for the doctor. Again same things happened ni swipe machine, consultation on video calls only even we went there from 100 KMs away.

3rd Visit - 12 Apr 2021 - Visited third time as she was getting improvements we were happy to visit but they didn't respect your time.

03 May 2021 - My wife get worse headache pain and I tried to call the numbers they have given even WhatsApp many times, but they doesn't respond. Again I called them many times once the receptionist received the calls and I explains my issues and she simply said take the appointment or else paytm Rs 900 and our doctor will reply to your query within 1-2 days. Should I leave the patient in same condition? They asked for fee just to tell me that what to do.

19 May 2021 - My wife infected and recovered from Covid 19 by 10 May. She got stroke on 19th May she was not able to walk and speak. I called them many times on 20 May between 9 to 11: 30 AM but my calls were not answered. Lastly she received the call and I explains my issues. After

explaining everything she said just wait for 2-3 days as doctor is not available and talked very rudly may be because they were not trained properly for the service they are providing.****** * ****** ** ** **** **** *** ** **** **** ** ** ****** *********** ******* ******* * ****** *** *** * **** **** **** *** ******* ** ******* *** **** *** *** ** ********** **** *** ********

Now it's your call to what to do and where to go.

Well, let me list my experience point wise

Day1

1. Even if u book ur appointment, u have to wait for long.

4. I was prescribed medicine worth rs1935 which as per mrp worth only rs 1635. They charged me high.

5. The medicine i bought, i took them the first day *** * *** ***** * *** ****** ***** ******** ***** ** ******** *********

6. Now at this point you want to get in touch with the doctor but all the numbers went unanswered. I called them during working hours. But no response.

Day2

1. I again tried to reach doctor as my condition became severe. * *** ******** *** ****** ***** ******* *** ***** ****** I called on their number and i was asked to whatsapp my situation. I whatsapped my situation to the doctor to which he replied "maybe my body is senstive to this medicine". He then asked me to stop 1 painkiller and gave me 2 more medicine to cure my current condition.

2. I asked the doctor for his direct number so that i can talk to him and explain him effectively but i have been waiting for his response for more that 24hrs now.

I am still waiting for the doctor to reply me back with his number.

I have visited Dr aveg bhandari for peripheral nerve pain , and I am very satisfied with the treatment. But I am highly disappointed regarding the waiting time and appointment process. There is a first come first serve basis protocol for appointment but this won't work as the patient load is very high here which leads to a average minimum waiting time of atleast 1 hour. I urge to dr that please improve this thing .

I am also a doctor and I know how to manage this appointment thing smoothly.

Stay away from this man !!

Thoroughly unprofessional. Waited for 2 hours for initial consultation. The doctor was very tentative in approach.

Then he suggested that a brain mapping test should be done (don't know why he suggested it for headache) worth ₹ 1800 and a set of blood tests worth ₹ 800.

Asked to visit next day for showing reports. Waited another hour, the surprise part was that he was not seeing any patients, but we still had to suffer three giggling receptionists.

We were promised that the reports will be sent on WhatsApp. Waited full 24 hours and made more than 10 calls to finally get the report.
