I desperately needed dentures. A cloud hangs over the people who are on MassHealth. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Dr.Rashmi and her staff! Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for her patients and their many, diverse needs. Fitting dentures to an individual is quite a daunting challenge to say the least. Patience, persistents and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Rashmi and her staff come through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Rashmi and her staff goes beyond the stars! She had given an injection ***** *** **** ******* and took 3.5 hrs in the 1st sitting of the Root canal to find out the Canal. Anastasia was wearing off as it's effects was for an hour only.This was a very painful *** ********* situation. The nerves inside the root canal are very sensitive, and the anesthesia was wearing off, the pain became unbearable and unbearable.* *** ********* ********** *** ******* ********* ** ************ ** ******* *** ***** *** ***** *********** ***** ** *********** ****** *** ********* ** **** ** **** ** **** *** *** ***** * ********* ** **** ** *** ** *** *** ** *** ************ * ** * ***** *** **.2nd sitting was for another 2.5 hrs ,unbearably painful *** **** *** *** *** *** *** *** ********* no proper grinding of the cap and natural tooth. *** *** **** *** **** *** ******* ******* ** ******** ** ***** ********After the fitment of the cap I was not able to bite a single thing. Even after 1.5 months of treatment, today I am in pain and discomfort with the fitment of cap.** *** * **** ******** ** *********** *********** *** *** *** ****** ******* ** * ******* ************* I express strong dissatisfaction with the doctor and strongly don't recommend Dr.Rashmi Rathore.

I'm 30 right now, I'm visiting her since I was 24 year old I guess.

Have been that annoying, pampered, I just didn't let her do any treatment. But with her patience and always smiling, laughing way of treating her patients she did my patients.

NO ONE CAN HANDLE PATIENTS THE WAY SHE DOES WHILE DOING THE TREATMENT.

Finally now I've overcame my fear of dentist and dental procedures.

When she is doing my treatment, I'm all relaxed, because I know it's not going to pain, and whatsoever the procedure is, it'll be done in minutes. Having her as our family doctor was the best part, but now having her as my mentor, I feel blessed.
