***Worst Clinic ***

Just came back after waiting for 2.5hours. They differentiate between new and old patients,as per their receptionist they will send 2 old patients to the doc and then 1new patient, My mothers' no. was 7th when we reached at 3pm (This was the time suggested by receptionist in phone) and when we reached, 5th new patient was already attended. We waited for 2.5 hours after which I went to ask what was the issue and got the reply that they have been asked by the Doctor to send only old patients which they have been for last 2.5hours.

And moreover the receptionist got a call in between from someone to ask the estimated time, to which she replied that She forgot to write the callers name for an appointment, nd kept him on hold and started giggling with the lady sitting next to her laughing about how they forgot to write the name.

We came back without meeting the doctor. Because someone who has got such a bad management in his clinic, was not worth the 600Rs which they charge, its not 500as mentioned here.

Wont recommend to anyone.

Coz I believe in this clinic only the doctor's time is valuable.

experience you can not expect from a pvt doctor ever.

I visit to doctor for my stomach pain and face the most unorganized process. First you have to put your last prescription paper or your name written on a paper, on a place prescribed out side the clinic, in morning, which required your presence in morning before 10 am.

At 10 am the reception staff will take papers inside and make a list serialwise and you or your represntative should be there at that time as well. Doctor normally comes after 11 am.

I personally meet doctor after 5 am despite that i reached clinic about 9 am in morning.

Leave the time, I regularly visit doctor for 9 months and get all all prescribed test done. Spend 7-8 thousand per month on medicine and approx 25 thousand on test. After taken regular medicine for 8 months and following diet chart, I could not get releaf and while ask to doctor that how long i have to take medicines, doctor told me that I will have to take medicine life long and to follow diet plan as well. It was shocking for me.

I took medicine for next month and stoped visiting to doctor, just after 10 days, when I stoped taking medicines, my pain started to knocking again.

After sometime during Pain, I visit to my local hospital near by and when undergo for ultrasound, found 17.8 mm stone in my right kidney. After getting information about stone, I check my old medical record and found there was a 9.2 mm stone deducted in my earlier report, which was fair enough to give me regular pain and was neglected by Dr. Anil Verma.

I recently undergone for surgery and felling fine.

Big question is for which decease i was treated by Dr. while i had stone problem. While i was complaining for pain on every visit, should he not go through reports again. Giving regular antipain is not solution. How can a 9.2 mm stone been neglected by doctor. It could be metter of life and death if that stone moved to urine pipe on itself. It become 17.8 mm in 1 year and there was no option left for me apart from surgery.

It is not only cost me amount in terms of medical expenses but due to regular Pain, I had to left my job and after surgery, I don't think I will be able to join back very soon couse it will take time to get perfect for daily travelling.

Wish no one else have to face this type of experience again.

My experience was not at all gud.. He did not gave me enough time to explain things. Also he did not answered my questions well.. He was just putting his views stressfully and did not paid any attention to my queries.

Doctor treatment is very costly.

The patient gives the medicine more to eat.
