Before the visit (background):

I am based in the USA. Dr. Rohilla came as a reference from family. I thought of taking an appointment while in the USA before my travel, as my travel schedule was extremely tight and realizing that crowns require multiple visits. I didn't expect any response, but to my surprise within minutes I got a response and I discussed my schedule of the India visit with him and asked if it would be feasible. We started chatting and I was impressed with his openness and friendliness right off the bat. We both knew it will be tight but we both committed to the schedule.

The first visit:

My appointment was at 10:30 AM and customary I reached fifteen minutes earlier. I was called in sharp at 10:30 AM and that in itself sent a gigantic pleasure wave through my mind. I realized later on that he is very punctual. He examined me thoroughly and understood my lifestyle. He then proposed options along with detailed explanations of pros and cons of each option in a very friendly, and humble manner. It appeared I needed a crown. A second appointment was set for CAD scanning of the teeth for making the crown.

The second visit:

This was amazing. CAD scanning requires third-party coordination and he was able to ensure that the third party was available just at the right time so that I didn't have to wait. He then proceeded to prepare the tooth for crown fitting. This is where he went above and beyond in not only preparing the teeth for crown but also adjusting the bite, deep cleaning the gums and fixing other problems. Back-to-back CAD scanning of the teeth were done.

Post second visit:

While I was traveling, he kept me informed about the development and even sent me the scans and addressed my queries to my satisfaction.

The third visit:

Just two days before I had to fly back to the USA, we took the appointment when I was returning to Faridabad. He gave me the appointment the day I was coming to Faridabad. We both knew that we were cutting it too fine from the timeline perspective but he said that if the flight was late he would wait. Sure enough he waited and even his staff waited. The prepared crown was fitted with surgical precision. It was a perfect fit the first time. We had kept a backup visit just in case any minor adjustment was required but none was needed.

Present day:

I am back in the USA with a fantastic crown that feels totally natural. I am as happy as one can be. I was totally blown away by his friendliness, the office setup, ultra-modern equipment and the staff.

I came to Dr. Rohilla as a patient but now I have found a friend!

I took my mother to him for a re-root canal treatment and as a visiting NRI, I had inhibitions about going to a dentist without proper reference and recommendation.

The strength and something that sets Dr. Rohilla apart from other dental professionals is the patient education he does. Every procedure and prognosis is explained and choices offered to choose from. Coming from academic medicine field myself, its a very hard trait to come across now days. Furthermore, I was deeply impressed by the steadiness of his hand and his knowledge.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rohilla for complex dental work and even having him as a family dentist for regular dental check ups.

I went to Dr Rohilla for the treatment of pain in my molars He checked and explained the condition, its treatment , course of treatment very nicely. And finally I got surprised when he old the total expense which in my opinion was very very nominal. Dr Rohilla is a very soft spoken person. I've been to a couple of dentists in the past, and the amount of pain is unbearable the moment they take an x-ray or perform a check-up, but with Dr. Rohilla, the entire procedure is painless & post recovery is pretty good. Also,he is there to explain any queries you have at that time or even later. Now, he's a family dentist to us.

I have been to quite a few dentists before I came across Dr.Kshitij Rohilla. I can vouch for the fact that he is THE BEST dentist out there. Explains very patiently, listens to you, explains the treatment before proceeding. He is extremely professional and is highly skilled at his job. Wait time is minimal, hardly 5 minutes if at all. I am very relieved to have found a dentist like Dr.Rohilla .

I visited Dr Kshitiz for my tooth cavity.Pain was not bearable.I opted single sitting RCT.My treatment was almost pain free and after 1 hr of treatment I was able to eat.

Good thing about Dr Kshitiz is he explains problem in detail and make you comfortable.
