I had a good experience with Dr Archana Gulati. She as well as her staff are very friendly and soft spoken. I first approached her regarding keratosis pilaris for which she gave me some medications and recommended laser hair removal to better the condition. So far I can see some good results. Overall I’m satisfied:)

Dr Keertika makes sure that the patient is at ease first. She explains the proceedure very nicely. She keeps interacting with you, so that you become comfortable. I visited Ma'am for acne treatment. The results were in my favour. I don't have active acne now. The marks are also fading with time. Worth the time and money.

I underwent treatment for around 8 months. Initially, the treatment seemed to work while I was following it, *** ***** ******* *** ****** * *** ***** ** ****** **** ********* I invested more than ₹70k in multiple peeling sessions, expensive medicines, lotions, and other products — but I still see no results.

I never felt heard by Archana ma’am. Whenever I asked questions, her responses often felt intimidating rather than understanding. I chose this clinic after reading good reviews on Practo, but the treatment did not work as expected. It’s very disappointing to have spent so much time and money with no visible improvement. At a certain point, it felt like I was just wasting both my money and time, so I decided to stop the treatment.
