Hi, visited the clinic for a knee strain/pain issue, quite uncomfortable and lost confidence in running practice by over thinking of long-term injury. After the Therapist detailed assessment key issue were identified, it’s not only the knee, but it also needs full body work out (stretches / muscle strengthening etc.,). Two weeks in a row confidence is back, my daily activity of running/jogging started with full form. Kindly listen to your body signs and signals, consult therapist to avoid long term injury. I went for treating my shoulder pain which lasted for more than 2 days.Doctor cured it within 5 minutes without any pain killer or ointment etc .,

He also explained me about the importance of strengthening exercises and I felt it is acceptable and so joined the strengthening exercises .

Now I have completed the course and feeling good.

I can feel the flexibility in my body..,also able to do stretching without any difficulty.

His explanation about the exercises was good and he also made a clear picture about the uses of the same.
