He strongly urged us to see another specialist the very next day. Since I travel frequently, I mentioned that we would consult the other doctor the following week, but he insisted that it was urgent and could potentially be a tumor.
We met the oncologist the next day, underwent further tests, and Hodgkin’s Lymphoma was detected at an early stage. Thanks to the timely diagnosis and treatment, my mother has been cancer-free for the past 10 years.
