I visited the clinic last week. I went to the reception and asked for an appointment. There was no one to check the temperature to the visitor. I was asked to by their mask. Only two people asked to buy masks; others were allowed to go with their own masks. The doctor and staff were fully protected with suite and gloves. But, they never cleaned with sanitizer the glove and they were touching the eye and so on. I was not happy with their process of handling during COVID. Staff can be a little more responsible. However, I am not complaining about consultation and the doctors' treatment.

****** ******* ******* He took hardly 10 secs to identify my eye infection and his advised eye drops helped to recover my eye infection with 4 days. He politely listerns to the problem of the patient and then gives the suggestion.
