Mine was an online consultation on Practo. The Doctor did not give appropriate time to understand the issue, did not provide a proper resolution which could have worked for me. She seemed in a hurry and claimed that she called me multiple times when i did not receive invite for any. I paid for a video consultation but had to have a voice call of hardly 2 minutes. I sent her pictures of the allergic formations on my skin and waited for more than 20 minutes for her response. She claimed she was stuck in another consultation but as much I understand from Practo, for any immediate consultation, only the available doctors are offered to the patient.

I had few days where i could consult her again with the update on my condition. I reached out to her explaining my problem in detail but she offered to call and never called after that. So, i went to dr. With the mindset of removal of the nail. But she understood my issue and insighted me with a medical procedure where the course will be long but it will be effective. She made me understand the medical terminology in a layman language. She was friendly. About the 3 month course i am positive.
